The Investment Committee oversees performance, working with an Investment Consultant to recommend and monitor fund managers, ensure compliance, and present quarterly reports on asset allocations and performance against IPS benchmarks.
Investment Oversight
The CFSA Board of Trustees oversees the foundation's investments in accordance with its Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation. It approves the annual Investment Policy Statement, selects Investment Committee members, and monitors investment pool performance.
Investment Consultant
The CFSA Board of Trustees partners with Verus, an independent investment consulting firm. Verus has managed over $100 billion in assets for clients including educational and charitable organizations, corporations, public plans, hospitals, and insurance providers since 1986.
