In CFSA’s role as convener, facilitator, collaborator and educator, we work directly with nonprofits, government, the business community, and our other partners in philanthropy to inspire and enact long-term solutions.
CFSA and donor partners offer eleven competitive grants to Southern Arizona nonprofits.
Together, we can have a greater impact for good in Southern Arizona.
We feel strongly about not starting programs that are not sustainable. We are extremely cautious about not growing too fast, but with the (CFSA) CORE Grant we had the flexibility to use funds where they were needed the most.— Dr. Marcela Molina, Executive Director, Tucson Girls Chorus
This grant from the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona comes at a critical time for our community of children, families, and educators. It will enable us to re-open our doors and engage in the joy, work, and wonder of childhood.— Dr. Catherine Nichols, Board Chair, Desert Springs Children's Center
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, we are able to continue giving a hand-up to hardworking families in our community.— T. VanHook, CEO, Habitat for Humanity Tucson
