Data & Systems Manager

CFSA is currently seeking candidates for a Data and Systems Manager. This position is responsible for management, ongoing maintenance of systems hardware and software, and related infrastructure, along with extracting and analyzing data for reporting purposes. This individual will participate in leading assessment of all our systems and lead improvement projects to improve CFSA’s ability to carry out its purpose and strategic objectives.

Job duties include the management, implementation, and monitoring of CFSA’s database and systems. Position will manage and maintain the Donor Portal, and develop new data collection systems with leadership. Position will also work with senior staff to refine and report on metrics and key performance indicators, and is responsible for timely data entry and report generation. Position is responsible for the operations and IT management of CFSA and CF Campus, including VOIP, AV systems, servers and other infrastructure, as well as manages all third party systems vendors. Position will develop IT and database training materials for staff and provide ongoing user training, IT and troubleshooting support for staff.

Minimum of 5 years direct experience with maintaining and configuring database systems/software and providing technical assistance for network servers is required. Strong knowledge in the Windows OS and Server operation systems, core desktop/server applications and configurations, Office365, Networking, VoIP, and Audio and Video Conferencing required. Successful candidates will have strong organizational, oral, written, and listening skills. Preference will be given to candidates who have nonprofit database management experience, basic accounting experience, and bilingual.

Hiring range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000.
