The Vision Comes to Life
In 2019, the dream of creating a nonprofit campus for Southern Arizona became a reality. Thanks to generous support from our donors, the Community Foundation Campus offers nonprofit organizations multiple ways to convene, collaborate, and grow.
The Campus opened in January 2019 and within the first six months hosted more than 150 community meetings, educational workshops, and special events, along with countless informal opportunities for nonprofit networking and collaboration. These meetings and events brought together multiple sectors to share expertise and ideas, increasing capacity across the community to tackle emerging and systemic issues.
In May 2019, CFSA launched a series of free “Ask an Expert” workshops at the Campus to provide nonprofits with the specific organizational support they requested through a survey conducted in early spring. This workshop series has grown into the Center for Healthy Nonprofits which currently offers webinars and trainings several times a week.
Equally important, the Community Foundation Campus embodies shared values and our belief that we can accomplish more working together. This shared space helps us continue to deliver the highest, most sustainable level of service. Our Campus sparks new ideas for addressing what matters most to the people we serve and fuels partnerships rooted in mutual interests, trust, and respect.
CF Campus During COVID
Although the Campus is currently closed to guests, there are just a few co-working offices and nonprofits suites available at this time. In addition, the Campus Courtyard is now available to rent for outdoor gatherings of 50 or fewer. Learn more here.
