Stone Canyon Community Foundation Fund (SCCF), a donor-advised fund held at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, is pleased to announce that 27 local nonprofit organizations received a total of $420,000 through SCCF’s Annual Grant Round. Grants were provided to nonprofits that support SCCF’s mission to positively impact the educational success, quality of life, and development of youth-in-need within the greater Tucson area.
Rosemary Chansky, SCCF’s Grants Committee Chair, shared, “Due to the generosity of the Stone Canyon community, we are excited to grant the largest amount of funding ever in a single year. SCCF is proud to partner with local nonprofits supporting youth in the greater Tucson area.”
Julie Euber, CEO of SARSEF, expressed her gratitude for the organization’s ongoing partnership with the Stone Canyon Community Foundation Fund. “We greatly appreciate the continued generosity of the Stone Canyon Community Foundation. With this grant, SARSEF will be able to directly impact our community through student-centered STEM education and outreach programs.
