Change happens. Leaders move on. How you handle departure and the on-boarding of new leadership can make the difference in your organization’s future success.
Success doesn’t happen by accident. Turnover is a wonderful opportunity for renewal, growth and expansion when pursued with vision and intention.
Are you serving an organization where the CEO or other C-suite leader is departing? Or is it time to think about a departure that will eventually come?
Join Jennifer Tersigni, MA, CFRE for the October 16th Ask and Expert session to have a candid discussion about your next steps.
Jennifer currently serves as the Interim Executive Director at Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona, which is my sixth interim executive stint. We’ve worked with more than a dozen organizations supporting their executive transitions. This discussion will draw from industry best practices and real-life experience in transitional leadership.
We’ll discuss topics like:
– Getting your Organizational House in order.
– Succession Planning
– Aligning the Board’s vision with your needs in a new leader.
– Proactive Visioning and Strategic Planning.
– When Interim Executive support is the next best step.
– Partnerships, Acquisitions and Mergers.
– Executive Searches done right.
