On March 18, 2020, The Families First Coronavirus Response Act was signed into law – providing job-protected, paid leave to employees affected by COVID-19 applying to all employers with fewer than 500 employees. We will provide updates on employer responsibilities pertaining to: 1. The Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion 2. Emergency Paid Sick Leave 3. Tax Credits and Emergency Unemployment Insurance
