The Center for Healthy Nonprofits is excited to host Cassandra O’Neill and Monica Brinkerhoff, co-authors of Five Elements of Collective Leadership, for a special workshop. They will teach nonprofit professionals how to distribute leadership across teams, organizations, and communities. Shared leadership allows people to lighten their own burdens individually and allows more people to contribute their strengths and talents.
The benefits of shared leadership include helping groups become more resilient and leadership become more sustainable. When shared leadership exists, there is no crisis if someone leaves. Clarity of roles and responsibilities is key to successful shared decision-making and leadership.
Join Cassandra and Monica via Zoom on July 9, 2024, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM MST. Register for this free workshop by clicking the “Register Now via Zoom” button at the top of this page and reserve your spot today!
