Deb Maher, President of DFM Consulting is the current Interim Executive Director of We Care Tucson. She specializes in helping organizations see new possibilities in times of uncertainty. Her highly interactive and inclusive approaches result in strategic frameworks guided by transformational visions that allow for emergent possibilities and growth. She is certified in Appreciative Inquiry, Leadership Coaching, Facilitation and Project Management and holds an MBA and MPA.
