About the Presenters

Lee Klein is a native of southern Arizona, hailing from the small town of Palominas. Lee played on the varsity golf and wrestling teams in high school, did well in his classes, and attended the University of Arizona on a full-tuition scholarship.  Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude from UofA in 2010 with degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and after a year or so of testing out different jobs, he jumped into the world of advertising as a Media Consultant (sales person) at Cox Media.

After five years of growing a successful portfolio of business, Lee was promoted to Local Sales Manager in 2016. Through his guidance, his nine-person local team leads all other Cox markets in digital growth over the past four years and is a leader in the Tucson market in total digital advertising sales.

Lee has served as a board of director member with The Downtown Tucson Partnership and the Tucson chapter of the American Advertising Federation. He currently serves as Board President of the Arizona Oncology Foundation, where he assists with fundraising events and developing strategies for donor engagement

Lucas Castaneda-Titone is a Tucson native, attending Salpointe and then the University of Arizona with a major in Psychology and minor in Political Science. Lucas spent close to a decade in the financial world, first as a Mortgage Broker with First Magnus Financial, then after 2008, moved into personal wealth management at J.D. Mellberg Financial.

Seeking a career change, he dove head-first into marketing and advertising as a Digital Specialist at KVOA. He was then recruited to lead a team at the Arizona Daily Star and eventually found his way back into the television world when offered a Digital Sales Manager position with KMSB/KTTU. At the beginning of 2021 he was headhunted by Cox Media to be a Senior Media Consultant.

Lucas has been a nonprofit mentor for the Social Venture Partners Fast Pitch program for the last three years and has also been a volunteer with multiple other organizations, including CASA and the Humane Society. His focus is to give back to the community as much as possible and be a resource for anyone that feels his skills and knowledge could be of help.
