About Tori Carlson-Foscz

Tori is a Community Engagement Professional, Certified Volunteer Administrator, and Service Enterprise Trainer, and she brings a wealth of perspectives on best practices to lead and support volunteer programs and the essential work of volunteers.  For the past nearly ten years, Tori has managed the growth of the volunteer program at Interfaith Community Services, which includes an AmeriCorps program. Through her leadership, ICS is certified as a Service Enterprise – a top-performing nonprofit. She is the recipient of the 2024 Volunteer Administrator of the Year award through Southern Arizona Volunteer Management Association (SAVMA). Tori has served on the Governor’s Commission for Service and Volunteerism for the past five years.

About Gina Hansen

Director of Volunteer Resources at Habitat for Humanity Tucson and a native Tucsonan who, after her careers in healthcare and landscape design, found herself in the volunteer engagement and nonprofit world. Gina embodies professionalism in Volunteer Management with over 13 years of dedication to the profession. From animal welfare to Habitat for Humanity Tucson, she has done it all! Gina also serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of PACC as Secretary and on the Southern AZ Volunteer Manager Association as Program Chair and as past President.

Not only is Gina a volunteer advocate, but someone who cares about other organizations that utilize volunteers. She has partnered with United Way of Tucson & Southern AZ as a trainer/coach for the Service Enterprise Initiative and instructs other organizations how to become a Certified Service Enterprise and utilize volunteers effectively. To sum it up, she is a volunteer engagement nerd, and you can find her crafting away as a side hustle for Make a Difference Crafts & Co. and spending time with her friends, family, and pets!
