Save the Date for the Fall 2021 PAAW Biannual Community Meeting on September 24, 2021. This meeting will take place virtually through Zoom from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
PAAW Biannual Meetings convene members of the animal welfare community to network and learn from one another. These meetings are open to anyone in the community who cares about animals and wants to learn about trends in animal welfare or how to get involved.

Featured Presentation by Gail B. Mackie
Gail B. Mackie has decades of experience as a leader in the animal welfare community. She is the former President of the Cowlitz County Humane Society, and former Executive Director of SpokAnimal in Spokane, WA.
During her time at SpokAnimal, Gail was able to develop a state of the art veterinary clinic, public dog park, and established no-euthanasia policies for healthy adoptable animals.
This 30 minute workshop will discuss how SpokAnimal achieved these lofty goals, particularly surrounding the challenging subject of feral cats.
