Session IV: Staying In Action

Charting One’s Growth & Development

Personal growth and development are dynamic; what one needs to attend to evolves and changes over time. The ability to accurately diagnose what one’s growth and development opportunities are in relationship to one’s awareness of who and how they are. With three sessions complete, this session will focus non-profit leaders on the intersection of real everyday challenges and conceptual understandings with the aim of identifying development pathways. The day-to-day work of running an organization waits for no one. As a result, a clear and deliberate plan for how to evolve one’s practice is necessary. This session aims to achieve this, centering non-profit leaders’ candid assessment of their capacity and bandwidth.

This session will be held via Zoom on July 12, 2023, from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
