HR Roundtable: Loyalty in a Multigenerational Workforce

In this presentation,  Dr. Linda Hollis will share how each generation views and expresses loyalty in the workplace, whether through long-term commitment, dedication to a mission, valuing flexibility, or placing trust in leadership. She’ll discuss how different expectations around loyalty can sometimes cause tension, but also how recognizing these differences can strengthen retention, boost satisfaction, and build a healthier workplace culture. Participants will gain practical strategies for shaping a culture of loyalty that respects generational values while fostering a shared sense of purpose.
