Building Leadership Capacity through Systems Thinking

Building Leadership Capacity through Systems Thinking

Leaders today are faced with complex challenges amidst a rapidly shifting world. Systems thinking offers a powerful framework to support leaders in understanding such complex dynamics in order to identify meaningful paths forward.

This session will introduce participants to the concept of systems thinking, as well as to specific habits and tools that support strategic leadership. Participants will explore mental models and learn how to use the ladder of inference, a tool that helps us pay attention to our mental models and their impact on our current reality and the future.
