These 90-minute drop-in sessions will provide an open, candid forum addressing the concerns and challenges that the participants bring to the session. All are welcome, including those who are interested in serving on a board but have not had an opportunity to serve in that role previously. Join us for an engaging session!

Join Nancy March and Paula Van Ness for a discussion about how boards ensure that their organizations are complying with rules, regulations and laws pertaining to nonprofits.  The board’s responsibility to read and understand the IRS Form 990, audit report, and regular financial reports including balance sheets will be discussed along with any other topics that are pressing for the people who join the session.

This meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday, September 30, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM MST.
