Attention Board members and CEOs/Executive Directors—If you have a new Board Chair, or a Board Chair serving in that role for the first time, or a Chair-Elect waiting in the wings, please share information about this session so they can join us.

Becoming President of the board of a non-profit you are passionate about can seem daunting if you have not served in that role before.  There are few instruction manuals to guide you through the process.  In this interactive webinar, you will learn practical tips on how to organize and run effective board meetings; empower and inspire boards and committees to work together to further the organization’s mission; work with your Executive Director and staff; and develop your own personal style.
