Celebrating the 2025 Bold Aspiration BLOOM Award Recipient

This year, the BLOOM Award is proudly presented to Tucson Credit Unions, a groundbreaking collaboration among six Tucson-based credit unions: Pima Federal Credit Union, Tucson Federal Credit Union, Vantage West Credit Union, Hughes Federal Credit Union, Pyramid Federal Credit Union, and Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union.
Together, these credit unions launched the Tucson Welcome Home Program, a bold initiative designed to address the region’s workforce housing crisis. By offering 100% financing and removing common barriers to homeownership, the program helps families transition from renting to owning. These efforts are strengthening financial stability and fostering long-term community prosperity.
