The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona is based in Arizona. We are not able to accept donations on behalf of Kerr County. We do not have direct involvement or on-the-ground updates, but we trust these local foundations to direct help where it’s needed most.
Helping Kerr County Recover After the July 4 Flood
The July 4 flood left lasting damage across Kerr County, displacing families, damaging homes, and straining local resources. In response, three Texas-based community foundations have partnered to help our neighbors recover and rebuild.
Your gift will support vetted organizations providing immediate relief, long-term recovery, and assistance to those hardest hit in communities like Ingram, Hunt, and Kerrville.

Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country – Founded in 1982, the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country is a public charitable foundation that supports nonprofits and local causes in the region. The Community Foundation grants funds to charities and awards scholarships to students throughout the Hill Country. On average, the Foundation distributes approximately $6 million each year.
