CFSA Now Hiring for Two Critical Roles

The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona is currently accepting applications for two critical roles in our organization: Communications Manager and Finance and Gifts Associate


CFSA is looking for a Communications Manager to support increased brand awareness and affinity throughout the region.  This position is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of CFSA’s annual marketing and communications plan, digital marketing activities, key donor communications, and signature events.

This position will also provide marketing and event planning support to CFSA’s Philanthropy Department, Community Investments Department, and Initiatives (African American Legacy Fund, Center for Healthy Nonprofits, Community Foundation Campus, LGBTQ+ Alliance Fund, Nonprofit Solar Project, and Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare).

The hiring range for this position is $45,000 to $52,000 based on qualifications and experience.

The Finance and Gifts Associate position is responsible for gift processing, vendor invoices, monthly bank reconciliations, and various general ledger entries in the CFSA database along with other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

The hiring range for this position is $45,000 to $52,000 based on qualifications and experience.
