Please use the form below to recommend a grant to one or more 2022 Fast Pitch participants through your CFSA Donor Advised Fund.

All donations made to Fast Pitch nonprofits on March 31st will be matched up to $40,000 cumulatively, thanks to a generous donation from Connie Hillman Family Foundation.

Note: The minimum grant amount for all Donor Advised Funds is $250. The normal turnaround time from receipt of the Donor Advised Fund Recommendation Form to the issuance of a check is approximately two weeks.
