This interactive session will explain the recent and upcoming changes to federal charitable giving laws and what they mean for donors and nonprofits. Participants will explore together how these shifts may affect fundraising behavior and will learn practical strategies to adjust messaging, campaigns, and donor relationships to sustain and grow support in the new environment.
