Every day, we are called to care for others, whether supporting families, leading teams, or performing critical work behind the scenes. But constant giving can leave us feeling drained, overwhelmed, or even on the brink of burnout.
Join us on Wednesday, March 18, from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM for a gentle, 1-hour virtual session that explores grief, not just the loss of a loved one, but any challenge that shakes our sense of purpose or identity.
Facilitated by Roots & Roads Community Hospice Foundation, this candid and at times humorous discussion will share practical tools and insights for caring for yourself while navigating your own grief and supporting others.
This session is offered in partnership with Intermountain Centers and the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, as part of the Caring for We series, which brings together experts and resources to help you stay grounded, resilient, and compassionate.
