During this interactive online session, we will weave theory, technique, practice, and reflection as we look at what it means to transform workplace conflict. Bring with you a situation you’d like to explore and are willing to discuss with a colleague during the session. It can be between you and another person, or a situation you have observed. We will engage in whole group and small group breakout sessions.

Session objectives:
·   Recognize the crucial elements of self-management
·   Describe Core conflict resolution principles and their application to the workplace
·   Demonstrate an easy-to-use-everyday conflict transformation method

About the Presenter: Catherine Tornbom is the founder and principle of Interfuse Associates. She is a seasoned organization development consultant, executive coach, mediator, speaker, and trainer focused on helping management teams resolve conflict, poor communication, and productivity roadblocks. She brings to her work expertise in collaborative and participatory processes. She is a Mentor Trainer and Certified ToP Facilitator (CTF) through the Institute of Cultural Affairs, a professional mediator, and an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona, School of Government and Public Policy.
