Nonprofits across Southern Arizona are feeling the impacts of recent government funding cuts. These changes affect not only organizations, but also the communities and individuals we serve.

The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona (CFSA) is conducting a Southern Arizona Nonprofit Funding Assessment to gain a deeper understanding of these challenges. The data collected will inform CFSA’s work and be shared with other funders and partners to support the nonprofit sector.

Why Your Voice Matters

Your input will help capture how federal, state, and local funding shifts are affecting nonprofit organizations across our region—including Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, Santa Cruz, Yuma, and portions of Pinal County, as well as tribal communities south of the Gila River.

By completing the survey, you’ll ensure the needs and experiences of Southern Arizona nonprofits are represented in upcoming reports and projects.

  • Responses are anonymous

  • One response per organization (ideally from the Executive Director/CEO/President or their designee)

  • Survey open through September 30
