The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona is pleased to announce that the Board of Trustees has selected Kittleman & Associates, a national executive recruiting firm, to conduct a nationwide search for its next President and CEO.
Kittleman & Associates specializes in the recruitment of CEOs for the entire nonprofit sector, including community foundations, human services, education, and advocacy organizations.
Susan Barry, who will serve as the primary search consultant, has held community foundation leadership positions across the United States, including a past role as President and CEO of the Community Foundation of Louisville, the largest charitable foundation in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Ms. Barry will be joined by Harold Reynolds, a national expert on search-related diversity, equity, and inclusion issues, and Susan Egmont, who has more than 22 years of experience leading searches in the nonprofit sector. Ms. Egmont also has a deep understanding of Southern Arizona given her many years as a Tucson resident.
