In this FREE “lunch and learn” session, John-Peter Wilhite will lead a discussion on how diverse and inclusive environments create stronger work-forces and communities.
John-Peter has over 30 years of nonprofit experience, having served as both a staff and board member at organizations such as YWCA of Southern Arizona, among others. He helped launch two nonprofits serving the LGBTQ+ community that still thrive today: LYRIC Center for LGBTQQ Youth in San Francisco and OutRight Action International in New York City. He joined Social Venture Partners Tucson as the Director of Community Impact in 2018 and now works closely with local nonprofits to support them in organizational capacity building, which includes looking at their policies and procedures around DEIA.
