Taunya Villicana is the Founder & CEO of Aspirational Wealth Management and an LPL Investment Advisor Representative with more than 30 years of experience guiding families through thoughtful, multigenerational financial planning. A native Tucsonan, Taunya began her career at Merrill Lynch and continued at Dean Witter and Morgan Stanley, shaped by formative training on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and in Two World Trade Center. Those early experiences reinforced her people-first approach, ethical compass, and dedication to creating space for women in a historically male-dominated industry. As an independent owner-operator, she built her firm on the principles of clarity, stewardship, and long-term partnership with the families she serves.
In the community, Taunya’s leadership reflects a deep belief in strengthening Southern Arizona’s future through collaborative, place-based investment. She currently serves as Board Chair of the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona and Secretary of the Rio Nuevo Board, roles through which she supports philanthropic impact, regional development, and the economic vitality of the place she calls home. Over the years, she has contributed to initiatives spanning education, civic infrastructure, small-business support, and cultural enrichment. Taunya is licensed in Series 7, 65, 63, and 31, as well as insurance, and she remains committed to mentoring emerging women leaders and fostering inclusive pathways into finance. Her work, both professionally and civically, is centered on building durable, values-aligned opportunities for the community she loves.

Shawn Best, M.S., CFP®, focuses on assisting clients in all financial planning areas at the Tucson office of Meridian Wealth Management LLC. Shawn’s experience ranges from Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Risk Management and Insurance Planning.
With over fifteen years in the wealth management and banking industry, Shawn utilizes his knowledge to work collaboratively with a wide range of clientele. Shawn’s passion for finance is centered around helping people from all walks of life attain financial wellness and comfort. He has held leadership roles in retail and commercial banking and has rounded out his wealth management experience working as an Associate Portfolio Manager and Senior Wealth Manager prior to joining the firm. In previous roles, Shawn has worked with executives, non-profits, ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.
Native to Arizona, Shawn graduated from the University of Arizona, where he earned his undergraduate degree. To further his knowledge in financial planning and investment management, Shawn completed his Master of Science in Finance degree with an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University. He also earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®).
Shawn enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Jessica, and their two boys in his free time. He is a passionate Arizona Wildcats sports fan, enjoys cooking (especially grilling steaks) and spends time serving on the boards of several charities to give back to his local Tucson community.
Nicollette uses her many years of business experience and expertise to provide finance, accounting, and administrative education and support to individuals, small businesses, and non-profit entities through her consulting firm, Nicollette Daly Consulting.
After spending a decade in operations management in California, Nicollette followed her passion for accounting. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the Dhaliwal Reidy School of Accountancy at the University of Arizona and received her Certified Public Accountant license shortly thereafter. During her time as a public accountant, one of her focus areas was nonprofit audit and taxation. She eventually left public accounting to become the Chief Financial Officer of a nonprofit. She spent the next 13 years as a nonprofit CFO and eventually started her consulting business.
Nicollette also enjoys teaching and has presented many topics as a lecturer and speaker in various capacities. She taught CPA exam study courses for Becker Professional Education and recently became an adjunct lecturer at the University of Arizona.
She earned a Certificate in Non-Profit Executive Leadership from the ASU Lodestar Center and graduated from the Greater Tucson Leadership program. Nicollette also has a certificate in Human Resource Management and Supervision.
Nicollette has served on many boards and currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Eller School of Accountancy. She is a member of the Board of Trustees and past Chair of the Investment Committee for the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona (CFSA) and Board member for the Financial Executives and Affiliates of Tucson (FEAT). She volunteers regularly, especially at UA, where she enjoys mentoring the next generation of business leaders.
She has won many awards for her volunteer and leadership roles, including being honored as Community Member of the Year by the Eller College African American Honorary. She had the distinct privilege of serving as an Honorary Commander at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
Accounting runs in her family: her mother recently retired from a career in accounting, while her brother also received an accounting degree from Dahliwahl-Reidy and serves as a CFO.
Nicollette loves music, traveling, crafting, and cooking. You can often find her reading true crime or watching The Twilight Zone or The Simpsons. She and her husband, Mike, moved to Tucson from San Francisco in 2005. They live with their smashed-faced dogs, Louis and Lola.
Nancy Davis moved to Tucson in 1999 to “retire” after a career in Human Resources and Operations Management with several organizations in Boston, MA., including the Gillette Company and Fidelity Investments. She is still planning to retire.
Giving back to her community is one of her most strongly held values. During her 25+ years in Tucson, she has served on many non-profit boards, including as chair of Angel Charity for Children in 2006 and the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona in 2011-2013. She has been a board member of the Humanities Seminars Program in the UA College of Humanities for over a decade. She also currently serves as a board member of the Banner Health Foundation.
She earned her BS in History from the University of Tennessee and her MBA in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston.
Mr. Harrison is a Partner at Attessa Capital. Prior to founding the firm, he was Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Harrison Wealth Management. Prior to founding Harrison Wealth Management, he was Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer at RMH Investment Management. Before relocating to Tucson, Mr. Harrison was a Vice President and Institutional Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust. In that role, he managed investments for various pension plans, foundations, endowments, and nonprofits. He began his investment career as an Analyst at Relational Investors (a San Diego based investment firm with over $12 billion under management). Mr. Harrison taught Applied Portfolio Management to graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Arizona and remains a frequent guest lecturer. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a major in finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder (CFA®), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and serves in various leadership positions at several non-profit organizations, including the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona.
Gordon Reynolds joined Ridgway Private Wealth in 2021 and serves as Managing Partner. He works closely with clients on comprehensive financial planning, including investment management, insurance planning, and estate strategies.
Gordon brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services. Before joining Ridgway, he spent 17 years with Wells Fargo Bank in the Investment Management and Trust department.
He holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Rockhurst University in Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Kansas.
Gordon is active in a number of professional and community organizations. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Tucson, and the CFP Board. He serves on the Southern Arizona Estate Planners Council board, is a board member and Treasurer for Therapeutic Riding of Tucson (TROT), sits on the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona’s investment committee, and is a trustee and investment committee chair for the Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations, along with FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. He is also licensed in Arizona for Life, Health, and Disability insurance.
