DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Rescue Me Marana\, Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare\, is hosting an  Adopt Love\, Adopt Local adoption event with local rescue groups at the Tucson Premium Outlets on Saturday\, October 23 from 9 am to 2 pm. \nAdopt Love\, Adopt Local works to connect adopters with a collaboration of local shelters and rescues to increase adoptions and awareness of animal welfare in Southern Arizona. \nThe event will feature local rescue groups with both cats and dogs available for adoption and is part of a fun day of animal welfare activities scheduled that day at Tucson Premium Outlets. \nLearn more about participating as a rescue group or joining us as a sponsor.

The Growing Tomorrow’s Community Leaders event will feature a panel of Community Leaders\, University Faculty and Students discussing what it takes to initiate and sustain an experiential learning project with Arizona students that benefits all. \nWe will also provide time for building connections between community organizations and University faculty\, facilitated by fields of service and interests. \nRegistration and masks are required for in-person attendance.
