Rooted in emotional intelligence and authentic leadership\, the series provides a supportive space for participants to reflect on their values\, deepen their self-awareness\, and build practical tools for navigating real workplace challenges. \nEach session combines expert guidance\, interactive exercises\, and peer learning to explore a different core topic: leadership identity\, organizational culture\, supervision\, managing up\, conflict resolution\, and staff engagement. Participants will engage in structured conversations\, reflect on their own experiences\, complete activities to apply new insights\, and exchange feedback in a trusted learning community. \nThis series goes beyond technical skills to focus on the relational aspects of management – how we build trust\, model vulnerability\, give and receive feedback\, and create environments where teams thrive. Whether you are a new supervisor or a seasoned leader\, this experience is designed to help you grow in confidence\, clarity\, and compassion. \n  \nIs this training series right for you?\n\nDo you wish you had a safe place to share best practices with other supervisors?\nDo you want to better understand your leadership style – and how it impacts others?\nDo you want to lead with more clarity\, confidence\, and compassion?\nAre you navigating the challenges of supervision without much formal training?\nAre you seeking practical strategies for handling conflict with empathy and skill?\n\nIf you answer yes to these questions\, this program will deliver what you are looking for.
