SUMMARY:Two Part Series! Fundamentals of Social Media (October 3 and October 10)
DESCRIPTION:The Center for Healthy Nonprofits and Linda Norquist are excited to come together to bring you this exciting two-part series on the Fundamentals of Social Media! \nThe first session on October 3rd will take place on Zoom from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and will cover the Fundamentals of Social Media\, including interactions on social media\, an introduction to analytics\, and a hands-on activity of building a social media post. \nThe second session on October 10th will take place in-person at CF Campus from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. This three-hour workshop will introduce social media basics for organizations AND provide hands-on practice for non-profits. Activities include crafting an effective social media strategy\, building a persona profile\, engaging your audience\, social media advertising\, and best practices and tips. \nPlease note that due to the capacity of the in-person workshop\, spots are limited to only 35 participants! You MUST attend the Zoom session in order to attend the in-person session. Registering for this Zoom session means you are committed to attending the in-person session on October 10th. \n\nAbout The Speaker\n\nLinda Norquist was born and raised in Bogota\, Colombia. She moved to Park City\, UT in 2001 where she lived for 10 years. She now lives in Phoenix\, AZ. She is a digital advertising and sales expert who understands the importance of creating culturally inspired campaigns to connect diverse populations within the United States. Her passion for multicultural marketing and helping people has allowed her to build an extensive network through a myriad of industries that have helped her clients achieve impactful results. Her professional experience includes digital advertising strategy\, Latino social media and Latino strategy marketing\, with corporate and non-profit organizations. She helps create new events\, exhibitions\, and programs that resonate with the Latino market in Phoenix.
