About the Speaker

With 44 years of experience as a business lawyer, Richard Koo has served as outside U.S.
corporate counsel for companies around the world and as a legal adviser to numerous entrepreneurs and individuals.
After relocating to Tucson from New York in 2013, Richard dedicated himself to serving his new community. He has spent nine years on the Board of Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, including a two-year term as its President, nine years on the Tucson Medical
Center Ethics Committee, and volunteered as a hospice worker until the pandemic. Through his involvement with CFSA, he remains committed to making a positive impact.
