Development Directors and Executive Directors are strongly encouraged to attend with at least one member from their board of directors.

As our economy recovers from devastating losses caused by the pandemic, major donors will play a key role in successful fundraising in the year ahead. Yet your agency’s fundraising success will be turbocharged only if your board of directors is fully committed and engaged in the process. Have you tried this before only to see initial enthusiasm fizzle out? Or is this the first time your organization wants to try igniting the board’s fundraising engine? In this online workshop, you’ll learn how to engage (or reengage) your board and help them become fundraising champions.
