As we are watching the light at the end of the tunnel of this pandemic, many fears arise about what is next, where do we go from here, and how do we find our new normal?  Many have experienced burnout, grief, depression, anxiety, and fears of re-engagement as well as feeling like we are languishing.  We will explore these common responses to the pandemic and look toward finding our motivation again, getting back on track with our goals and values, exploring self-care, and consider the many ways we are resilient in our lives.  We will consider how each person’s flow and rhythm is their own and how to find a new flow with the personal, internal, and external resources available.
