This summer, the Center for Healthy Nonprofits is partnering with Alexander | Carrillo Consulting to offer a nine-month Partners in Leadership Institute designed to achieve these important outcomes.

Participation in the 2023-2024 Cohort of the Partners in Leadership Institute includes:

  • A comprehensive organizational assessment to identify specific areas of focus for your Nonprofit Leadership Team
  • Five customized planning sessions for your NonProfit Leadership Team with a consultant coach to create and implement goals and specific objectives
  • Four half-day sessions with the full Cohort of participants to discuss emerging leadership, governance, and organizational development best practices, including:
    • Session I: Effective Leadership & Organizations
    • Session II: Effective Communication & Accountability
    • Session III: Effective Governance & Decision Making
    • Session IV: Effective Partnership & Sustainable Change
  • One 1.5-hour Board Service Orientation for each member of your Board of Directors (offered monthly, August through May)
  • Follow-up evaluation to assess achievement of goals and outcomes
  • Welcome reception & graduation celebration events
