We could all use some Joy in our lives! Let’s gather, move and spread that joy to each other though this Joyful Movement class.

Joyful Movement classes are designed to get people moving and get people moving together in community.  Classes provide a safe container for us to explore all the different ways we can move, and more importantly, the infinite ways each of us can be part of a creative group.

Dancesequences’ creative group dance approach helps us find fun ways to engage with each other through movement expressions that feel natural and organic.  No prior dance experience required.  We explore and discover the natural dancer within.

Leave the heaviness of the world at the door and enjoy an hour of simply being present with each other.

Attendance limited to 40 participants.  Wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement.

Dancesequences is a 501(c)(3) community dance organization with the mission to advance inclusion through movement and dance.
