If you are the chief executive, finance director or senior leader in a nonprofit, you may have a sense that you could take a more disciplined approach to building the business and spending plan (annual budget) for your organization.  If so, this workshop is for you.

Over the years, Patti Caldwell has developed and refined a process and tool for nonprofit leaders to use in developing annual plans and will share her approach during the session.  Participants will come away with a template that can be used in organizations large and small with tips about how to ensure a thoughtful and effective process.
