About the Presenters:
Rose Snyder, Organizational Culture Coach, Director for Center for Healthy Nonprofits
Rose has recently taken on the role of Director for the Center for Healthy Nonprofits. She also has her own consulting and coaching practice that focuses on leadership development, communication, and team building. She has 25 years’ experience working in key leadership positions within the Olympic sports world. Rose provides courses on leadership and professional development across the country and facilitates “Your Leadership Journey” cohorts, virtually, throughout the year. She is a certified Leadership Coach through the International Coaching Federation and earned an additional certification as an Organizational Culture Coach through the Maslow Research Center.
Rose has a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education. As a consultant, she has trained extensively with BoardSource, formerly the National Center for Nonprofit Boards. She is also a licensed trainer in leading team building tools used to understand individual differences and how to utilize these differences to advance personal and professional relationships.
Rose is married to Charlie Snyder, Marketing and Communications Director for the College of Fine Arts at the University of Arizona. Together, Rose and Charlie have three grown children who span the U.S. from Washington, Colorado and New York!
Cassandra O’Neill
Cassandra O’Neill brings her passion for learning to others through facilitation, teaching, and coaching. She brings over three decades of experience developing leadership with, social service agencies, government organizations, and schools. She has extensive experience helping teams increase their impact by working together better. She has certifications in Conversational Intelligence for Coaches and Appreciative Living Coaching. In addition, She teaches Pilates and Gyrontonic®, hosts weekly Empathy Circles, and is part of an international community of Flow Game hosts. She holds a Bachelor’s of Art in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s of Political Science from Rutgers University. She is a big fan of collaboration and shared leadership, and co-authored the book Five Elements of Collective Leadership. She is co-founder of Idea Sharpener Network, which connects people who want to have meaningful conversations with others about subjects that matter.
