The Barrio Brewing Foundation Fund (Barrio BFF), held at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, seeks out needs in the Tucson community that often fall between the cracks by helping those most in need who otherwise would go unnoticed and vulnerable.

The Barrio BFF seeks suggestions for unmet critical needs in our Southern Arizona neighborhood.  Tucson has made us who we are so we want to give back to the community that built us.  We honor that Barrio is in this position to give back because of the love, support, and loyalty from our neighbors and are so excited and blessed to pay it forward.

The Barrio BFF is a donor-advised fund held at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona. The Barrio BFF was established in 2019 by Barrio Brewing Company founders Tauna and Dennis Arnold.

“Barrio” means neighborhood. You are our neighbors, our friends, and our family.

On April 6, 2020, the Barrio Brewing Foundation Fund donated $25,000 to Greater Tucson Leadership (GTL) to purchase five hundred $50 grocery gift cards for employees of local restaurants and bars who have been impacted by recent COVID-19 related closures. The Fund and GTL will work with the Tucson Metro Chamber to distribute the cards to area businesses.  Read more ->
