The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona (CFSA) has awarded 14 Southern Arizona nonprofit organizations $128,571 from the Comunidad Grants program, established in 2024. Comunidad Grants are targeted towards organizations working at the local level with their communities to address emerging issues, having granted $394,571 to 46 exceptional nonprofits since its inception.
The program is dedicated to supporting grassroots nonprofits that are often most in need of unrestricted funding, with annual budgets under $100,000. This gives them the maximum flexibility to grow at a critical point in their development.
