Celebrating Community & Connection
Two weeks ago, our team had the honor of letting an education leader know that the children in their school district would be benefiting from gift to support learning and the arts over a period of several years. This leader’s reaction? Tears of joy. I am so inspired by our community members’ everyday generosity.
This fall, we invite you to become similarly inspired and come together in the name of community, with our forthcoming season of great CFSA events. Like a little bit of rain in our beautiful desert, each of us has the power to share the joy of giving with our community.
Our Solutions-Focused Book Club offers yet another chance to dig into a timely tome and dive into a lively discussion with other thoughtful readers. The ever-popular BoardConnect is always a wonderful way to put a face to dozens of hardworking nonprofits in attendance and find the perfect potential fit for sharing your time, talents, and experience.
And if you’re looking for a great time in support of nonprofits through our various initiatives, the SCCF Civic Leadership Award Dinner, APIDA’s Flourish, and the LGBTQ+ Alliance Fund’s Queer For Good events will provide that and more with a lovely variety of diverse communities, cultures, and incredible efforts being celebrated, open to all who wish to participate.
In the place we call home, everyone has a chance to make a difference. We hope you choose one or more ways to connect with the causes you care about most alongside us at CFSA. In Southern Arizona, we BLOOM together.
