Share Your Feedback! 2023 Nonprofit Community Needs Assessment

The Center for Healthy Nonprofits was launched in January 2020 after a year of experimenting with capacity-building and organizational development programs at the then brand-new Community Foundation Campus. We based our initial offerings on guidance obtained through a needs assessment survey and several focus groups.

Over the past three years, the Center has presented hundreds of opportunities for our nonprofit community to interact with experts on various topics, convened peer roundtables, and created new certificate programs in leadership, grant writing, and nonprofit finance.  We conducted leadership development programs for nonprofit executives, staff, and board members and initiated TeamUp, a program that matches nonprofit needs with consultant know-how.

This important work has been – and continues to be – possible because of the visionary leadership and generosity of the Connie Hillman Family Foundation as the keystone supporter of our work.

Much has changed in the nonprofit landscape since January 2020, and we want to know what programming would be most valuable to you today as a nonprofit professional and volunteer.

What do you think are the most important training needs and organizational development gaps for nonprofits in Southern Arizona?

Please share your individual perspective in this brief survey, which will take approximately 8 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help us focus our programs and services in the areas that are most important to you and advise us about where you’d like us to allocate our time, money, and staff resources during the year ahead.

We’re dedicated to supporting our nonprofit community.  Your response will help ensure that our future and continuing programs will be relevant and valuable to our Southern Arizona nonprofit community.
