CFSA Appoints Data & Systems Manager and Finance Associate

CFSA is pleased to announce that Michael Wiley has been promoted to Data and Systems Manager. In his new role, Wiley is responsible for the management and ongoing maintenance of CFSA’s IT-related infrastructure, data extraction and analysis, and systems improvement projects to increase CFSA’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives.

A Tucson native, Wiley joined CFSA in 2017 as a Finance Associate. He is grateful for the opportunity to facilitate community philanthropy in this new capacity. He shared, “Seeing and taking part in the generosity that is found in our community is deeply fulfilling.” When he isn’t working, Wiley enjoys the great outdoors and spending time on the water or in the woods.

CFSA is also pleased to share that Natalia Gabrielsen has been promoted to Finance Associate. She is responsible for overseeing gift and grant processing to support fundraising activity and grantmaking initiatives in her new role.

Prior to joining CFSA, Gabrielsen was the Grants and Services Manager with the Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona, where she oversaw grants funding to local artists and arts organizations. Gabrielson has a background in museum databases and collections, and has a master’s degree in art history from The University of Arizona.

Gabrielsen joined CFSA in 2020 as the Grants & Gifts Finance Associate. She is excited to continue applying her knowledge of funding processes and community investment to the philanthropic work at CFSA.
