The Oro Valley Community Foundation conducts annual grant rounds for nonprofit organizations and public K-12 schools and colleges in the Oro Valley area including Catalina, Oracle, Oro Valley, Marana, San Manuel and northwest Tucson.

Strategic Funding Areas
EDUCATION: grants to K-12 schools for reading, math and science programs; reading intervention programs; academic learning materials; school libraries; computers and electronic equipment for 21st Century classrooms; or other academic programs.
YOUTH SERVICES: grants for clothing or school supplies for disadvantaged children; homes for neglected or abused children; summer learning programs; other youth programs.
HELPING HANDS/SOCIAL SERVICES: grants for programs helping adults and children victims or potential victims of violence; adaptive learning programs for the blind; transportation for the elderly or disabled to get food, medical care and other needs; programs for persons and families struggling with life threatening disease; other social service needs.
ARTS AND SCIENCE: grants for music education in schools; local libraries; school science programs; sewing program for disadvantaged young people; other arts and sciences programs.
