Details: The Nonprofit Board Boot Camp is a half day training that educates, prepares and inspires Board members of nonprofits to achieve mission success. During the half-day intensive training, key issues that empower and nurture effective Board leadership include:

  • Donor relationship cultivation and Board impact

  • Creating the Relationship Pipeline

  • Cultivating stronger Board members, Board diversity and measurements
  • Network with other nonprofit Board members

Each attendee receives a workshop book with presentation notes from sections taught plus added tools. Additional materials include Board evaluations, measurement worksheets, task sheets, infographics for sharing, recommended reading list and a custom designed Lexicon of nonprofit terminology that Board members need to understand in order to succeed in their service.
