Details: The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona and U.S. Bank Charitable Services Group invite you to a free seminar that will provide an overview of different gift types while focusing on ways to incorporate charitable planning into the disposition of appreciated real estate anywhere in the United States.

Michael Penfield is the National Director of the US Bank Charitable Services Group. He founded the group in 1991 to serve private foundations, endowment and institutional planned giving clients. During the first half of his financial services career, Penfield was a financial consultant and manager for well-known national brokerage firms.

Rebecca Bibleheimer is a is a Trust Officer and Vice President with the US Bank Charitable Services Group. She works exclusively with exempt organizations and individuals with philanthropic intent and her specialty is planned giving. Prior to joining the Charitable Services Group, over 12 years ago, Rebecca worked as an estate planning attorney for a tax firm.
