Direct Loans Available for Tucson Nonprofits and Small Businesses

Responding to requests for financial assistance from businesses and nonprofits reeling from the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tucson City Council has authorized a $1,000,000 contribution to create the Tucson Resiliency Direct Loan Program as part of the We Are One|Somos Uno Resiliency Fund.

The Tucson Resiliency Direct Loan Program is administered by the Business Development Finance Corporation.Eligible businesses must be located within Tucson city limits, and have a valid City of Tucson business license or be registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission in good standing.Direct loans up to $25,000 at 0% interest will be available to small businesses, sole proprietors, 1099 contractors, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits that meet the eligibility criteria.
