3rd ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE FOR NONPROFITS
TO CONNECT WITH FUNDERS
TUCSON, Ariz. – The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona (CFSA), its partners and affiliates are pleased to host an informational open house to connect grant makers with grant seekers from Southern Arizona nonprofits to discuss the latest grant opportunities and deadlines.
“An event like this – where all of our different programs and initiatives are represented – reminds me just how involved the foundation is in so many important aspects of the community, “ said Barbara Brown. “And from the nonprofit perspective, to be able to come to one place and talk to several funders over a two hour period is very convenient. I love the networking aspect and seeing people I haven’t talked to in a while. This is a really fun event.”
Date: Wednesday, October 7th
Time: 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Location: Doubletree at Reid Park at 445 South Alvernon Way
The event will include the extended family and friends associated with the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona, Social Venture Partners, Oro Valley Community Foundation, Santa Cruz Community Foundation, Stone Canyon Community Foundation, and African American Initiative.
From July 2014 through June 2015 the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona made over 850 grants to our community totaling more than $7.5 million.
