The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona is pleased to begin accepting nominations for the 2014 Diane Lynn Anderson Award!
This award was established by one of our donors who admired her work and selfless dedication to her clients. He wanted to memorialize her and set up this fund to recognize others who, through their work with individuals with disabilities, have shown the kinds of qualities Diane exhibited. Patience, respect, compassion, devotion, and care for individuals and their needs. He has shared that her caring for people came from the heart.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 10, 2014 by 5:00 p.m. Recipient(s) will be announced in early February and honored at the annual luncheon of the Arizona Chapter, Branch 2 of the National Association of Social Workers in March. An award plaque and modest cash award (amount dependent on whether one or two awards are made) will be presented at the luncheon.
